An educational summit was held at the headquarters of UNESCO organization in Paris on 29th of June with the participation of the ministers of education from all countries. The Minister of Education Dr. Susil Premajayantha participated in it representing Sri Lanka.
The main objective of this summit, which was held under the theme of “Transforming Education”, was streamlining the education that has been named as the 4th sustainable development goal for the children in most of the countries in the world who lost their schooling time due to the disaster of Covid 19 in the years 2020 / 21 and to have a discussion about the transformation of the education in those countries.
