நூல் வெளியீட்டு நிறுவனத் தலைவர்கள் மற்றும் நூலாசிரியர்களுக்குபுhடசாலை நூலகங்களிற்குப் பொருத்தமான நூல்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பின்னர், அந்நூலகளிற்கு நூலக அனுமதி பத்திரங்களை வழங்குவதற்கு கல்வி அமைச்சு தீர்மானித்துள்ளது. இதற்காக சிங்களம், தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய மொழிகளில் பின்வரும் துறைகளின் கீழ் எழுதி அச்சிடப்பட்ட நூல்கள்ஃகையெழுத்து பிரதிகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு கல்வி நூல் வெளியீட்டு ஆலோசனைச் சபை நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளது.

Accordingly, the Educational Publications Advisory Board is planning to accept Sinhala, Tamil and English medium publications or manuscripts on following fields of knowledge.
