For the purpose of grade one admissions in schools the applications must be submitted to the schools according to the circular issued by the Ministry of Education and the students are admitted to the schools by the principals after conducting interviews.
The students are admitted to grade six in the schools only based on the marks of grade five scholarships examination.
To admit students to in between classes including G.C.E. Advanced Level classes except the grades 1, 5 and 6 for the year 2024 the applications must be submitted to the relevant schools and if there are vacancies in those schools the principals will conduct interviews according to the circular of the Ministry of Education and the lists of names of selected students will be directed to the Ministry of Education for approval. It is also informed that the Ministry of Education does not issue letters for the admissions of students to those schools.
