Fundamental rights petition submitted to the supreme court demanding to postpone the advanced level examination was taken for hearing today (22) and the case No. SC/FR/240/2023 has been rejected and the case No. SC/FR/254/2023 has been withdrawn by the petitioners.
Accordingly, the Sri Lanka Department of Examinations will take actions to hold the advanced level examination this time from 04th to 31st of January, 2024 as had been scheduled earlier.
