- Awarding appointees to the new appointees from western province will be held on 04. 11. 2023 from 9.00 a.m. onwards at the main hall of D. S. Senanayake Vidyalaya with the presence of Hon. Minister of Education, Dr. Susil Premajayantha. Calling letters will be sent by post.
- All new appointees should follow the instructions given by the respective provincial authorities stated above with regard to the reporting to the initial training.
- The relevant National School or the Province, where the new appointees to be attached, will be informed after completing the initial training.
- All appointees should inform the acceptance or rejection of this appointment on or before 16. 11. 2023 to the Secretary of Education by registered post as per the Appendix 05.
- If there any officers, who have been presently released/attached to the voluntary force active service or any other service from the teacher service, they should report back to their previous service, being formally released from such attachment and should participate in the Induction training on due date.
- If there are any officials who will be unable to participate in the appointment awarding program on scheduled date due to on foreign leave, they are instructed to obtain their appointment letters from the relevant authorities and proceed in accordance to the para.02, 26 & 27 of the appointment letter.
- All appointees should report for their duties to their new placement of being placed after the Induction training.
