The annual and ten year teacher transfers in the national schools will be implemented from 17.04.2023 according to the recommendations already given except of the teachers coming under special appeals depending on the following reasons.
The appeals submitted through the principals regarding any disadvantage happening to the students in G.C.E. (O/L) and (A/L) classes due to the transfers of the teachers teaching in these classes.
All the temporary placements already given will be extended till 30.06.2023. But the teachers receiving a transfer before 30.06.2023 must act accordingly immediately after receiving the transfer letter.
