The G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination that was scheduled to be held in December 2020 is now going to be held from 1st to 11th of March 2021 and the secretary of education Professor Kapila Perera has given instructions to all education authorities in the provinces, zones, divisions and the heads of Pirivenas and the principals to grant study leaves for those children from 17th February till 25th of February.
The secretary has further noticed that the granting of the study leave must not be a barrier to issue the admission cards to the students sitting for the exam.
