• Establishment activities of academic and non-academic staff.
• Selection of Teachers and Academic Officers for Post Graduate Diploma of Education Full Time Intern Course.
• Guidance and regulation on preparation of annual development plans and education plans.
• Provide the school system with a group of teachers having positive attitudes, fulfilling their duties perfectly, competent in the learning teaching activities and who are capable of overcoming the future challenges.
• Conduct educational research and to develop the quality of education based on the findings.
• Organize and implement Continuing Teacher Education Programmes targeting the development of professionalism of the whole teacher community in the system and to direct teacher educators as resource persons when necessary.
