Secretary to the Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education, Mr. Nalaka Kaluwewa, stated that this document has not been issued by the Ministry, any affiliated institution, or any authorized body in any capacity.

He further mentioned that necessary legal action will be taken in due course regarding the preparation and circulation of this fake document on social media.
