Bursaries for the highest achievers of the scholarship exam until the end of their university education….

The awarding of bursaries for future educational activities of ten (10) students who became the most outstanding achievers by obtaining total 200 marks at the grade five scholarship examination last year and to the student Shaluka who also obtained the highest marks sitting for the exam using the brail system was occurred with the patronage of the Minister of Education Professor G.L. Peiris.  

CL Synergy Institution which has been established with the aim of providing helping hand for further education of the students who show outstanding skills in learning has provided the sponsorship for this purpose. This institution takes action to provide monthly bursaries to the gifted students for their school education and also until the end of university education if they enter the university. A group of students who have shown excellence in learning have already been given bursaries by this institution and this is the first time they provide bursaries to the excellent performers at the grade five scholarship examination. 

The institution is maintaining a performance record file for each student receiving this bursary benefits and the information in this file is updated inserting the learning competencies, certificates, honours and winnings of the student while coordinating with the student’s school and the educational zone. CL Synergy institution provides a monetary allowance worth of 4500 rupees monthly to each student and from that amount 500 rupees is deposited monthly in a bank account opened for the student.    

Expressing his ideas at this occasion The Minister of Education Professor G.L. Peiris said that the assistance provided by this institution for encouraging the gifted children and for giving strength to their learning process is highly appreciated and also expresses his gratitude for that endeavor.

The State Minister of Education Wijitha Berugoda, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Education Hemantha Premathilaka, the Managing Director of CL Synergy Institution Mr. Rohan Silva and some representatives of it had joined in this occasion.
