Offering of flowers to the Kannangara statue to mark the 136th birth day commemoration of Dr. C.W.W. Kannangara occurred in the morning today (13) with the patronage of The Minister of Education Professor G.L. Peris.
A gathering including The State Minister of Education Dr. Susul PremJayanth, The State Minister of Education Vijith Berugoda, State Minister Piyal Nishantha De Silva, State Minister Seetha Arambepola, Secretary of Education Professor Kapila Perera and several senior officers had participated in this occasion.
